When Jana Kabátová started teatime back in 2005 she desired to create her own school that would reflect her profound knowledge of corporate environment where she felt the clients deserved much more personal approach and attention than they were given by big language schools.

“Students' success mostly depends on a teacher being able not only to address students' needs but actually be on the same wave length. That's when students (and teachers) really enjoy and look forward to every lesson,” Jana says.

Her keen interest in a teacher's background, personality and hobbies, that can potentially be shared with students, keep attracting new recruits ever since teatime was founded.

Setting the human alchemy in motion, creating conditions in which learning is nurtured by mutual understanding and trust has always been her favourite part of business. 

The long-term relationships with company and private clients prove the success of her unique approach that has been shaping teatime language school for the past 15 years.
